THIRD MERIT LIST

The category wise list of students according to their merit is put up separately on the notice board. A list of all applications received is also put up.

Admission to students in the Third Merit List will be granted on 30^TH July 2010 between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 a.m.in Room no 07 on the Ground floor.

The following documents will be required for admission:

1.       Original HSC or Equivalent mark sheet along with 3 photocopies of the mark sheet.

2.       Original & Two photo copies of College Leaving Certificate.

3.       Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by University of Mumbai mentioning that they are eligible for BAF admission. Only for the students other than Maharashtra Higher Secondary.

4.       Acknowledgement Token issued by the college.

5.       2 Identity card sized recent photographs.

6.       Fees   Payable:   Rs. 17231/-  (for  open  category   from  student  who  has  passed   HSC   Examination   from  Maharashtra  State Board) / Rs. 17631/-  (for  open  category   from Student  who has NOT  passed  HSC  Examination  from  Maharashtra  State  Board)   OR  Rs. 391/- (for Reserve Category Students) by  DD or  Pay Order ONLY in favour of “Narsee  Monjee  College of Commerce and  Economics”.  NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

7.       3 self addressed envelopes with stamp of Rs.5/- affixed on envelope.

Gujarati Linguistic Minority:

Minority Proof 

a)            Vasti Patra.

b)            Student has taken Gujarati as second language/studied in Gujarati medium.

c)            Parents studied in Gujarati medium OR Gujarati as their First Language.

Students seeking admission under Sports, Defence, Freedom Fighters:_

Ø  Certificate from Zilla Sainik Welfare Association.

Ø  Copy of Tamrapatra.

Ø  Govt. Transfer Order specifying date of transfer for Transfer.

Ø  Photocopies of the certificates indicating achievements in sports (DSO, National/ International registered and recognized organization) during the years  2008-09 AND   2009-10.

                IF THE STUDENT FAILS TO TAKE ADMISSION ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATE OR FAILS TO SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED DATE, THE STUDENT WILL LOSE CLAIM ON THE SEAT IN THE COLLEGE.
